Danielle joined the Online Stores family in November of 2008 and has worked hard to move up ever since. She was hired into our Customer Service Department where she quickly grasped the customer-first attitude that the company puts forward. During her time in CS, she received six 100% score calls. This means that she provided outstanding service to our customers using the call strategy all reps are required to use. To this day, that stands as a record number of perfect calls.
In August of 2010 Danielle was promoted to the position of Customer Service Supervisor at which time she continued to train employees and set examples on how to give each customer outstanding service. In June of 2012, Danielle was assigned to the Purchasing Department where she was able to put her customer-first attitude to practice as the Purchasing Liaison. Later, in August of 2012, she was promoted to Acting Purchasing Manager. With her team, Danielle works tirelessly to ensure that we have product in our warehouse to be shipped to our customers.
Prior to Online Stores, Danielle worked as a greeter for Hyundai of Greensburg and as an office associate at Roomful Express, which very much paralleled her role in our Customer Service Department.
